Your AAR staff continues to work toward holding the Annual Meeting in Boston, Nov. 21-24, 2020. We are aware of the uncertainty and contradictory projections related to the COVID-19 pandemic and with health and safety as a priority, we will continue monitoring the guidance of governments and health experts as we plan and make decisions. Should any changes need to be made related to the 2020 Annual Meeting, we will promptly notify you.

What is the AAR's refund policy?          

AAR membership is based on a calendar year, so it is most beneficial to join or renew no later than January 1 to enjoy member benefits the entire year.  Refunds must be requested for memberships within 30 days of the processing date.  For memberships purchased after August 1, the refund request must be submitted prior to September 15.  No refunds will be given after September 15.

We make every effort to explicitly state information where it may be ambiguous, and appreciate it being brought to our attention if we have failed to do so. That said:
  • Time Zone: The AAR Executive Offices are in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5). Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) begins in the United States on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November. On the second Sunday in March, clocks are set ahead one hour at 2:00 a.m. local standard time, which becomes 3:00 a.m. local daylight time. On the first Sunday in November, clocks are set back one hour at 2:00 a.m. local daylight time, which becomes 1:00 a.m. local standard time.
